To Assist Admin Manager to execute the operations of a warehouse environment. Work closely with internal team and external customers.
1. Customer Service – answer customer enquiries, coordinate customers orders, answer customers emails.
2. administrative – reporting, update database online system, stock count.
3. Logistics – coordinate with transporters for delivery and paperwork for logistics.
1. Ability to use Microsoft Excel, intermediate level
2. Ability to speak and write good English
3. Good customer service skills, ability to manage customers politely
4. Office work – warehouse environment
5. Ability to manage tight deadlines, work under pressure
6. Have initiative, good time management skills and coordination skills
