Job Description

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Branch Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experience through identifying and fulfilling customer needs at first point of contact
  • Promote digital channel and Life Sign Technology to New to Bank (NTB) or Existing to Bank (ETB) customers
  • Generate revenue growth by meeting customer needs for cards, personal loan, balance build and other retail products
  • Drive referrals for both Advance and Premier customer segments
  • Utilise customer base to look for opportunities and drive sales
  • Update customer’s information accurately in the Bank’s system
  • Ensure Compliance, Audit, SOX and other regulatory requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification with 5 credits
  • Candidate with at least one (1) year working experience in retail, banking or financial industry would be preferred
  • Fluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin / Cantonese is an added advantage;
  • Strong customer handling and problem solving skills
  • Ability to navigate and use tablet and other digital tools
