Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload and staffing depending on product priority.
Minimize excess material on floor; ensure proper storage and availability of operation supplies and equipment.
Take immediate action on employee problems, concerns, and recommendations.
Develop, motivate, and challenge all line members to perform to their full potential through direct and timely formal and informal feedback.
Administer company policies fairly and consistently, while remaining flexible in accommodation of deviations from policy depending on individual circumstances.
Monitor product movement to ensure that daily and weekly ship schedules are achieved.
Ensure control charts and checklists are properly filled out at the required intervals.
